Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax/VAT calculation and remittance, compliance, and customer billing support. By placing an order on DesignMak (designmak.com), you also agree to Paddle's checkout terms and conditions.
DesignMak provides downloadable digital assets, including 3D printable computer-aided design (CAD) files in .STL, .3MF, .STEP, and related documentation formats. Upon successful verification of payment via Paddle, access to digital download links is granted immediately via an on-screen confirmation and an automated email containing secure download tokens.
All digital CAD geometry, parametric files, renders, and associated documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of DesignMak Studio. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license as follows:
DesignMak designs and tests CAD models for high precision and factory tolerances. However, 3D printing results may vary based on user slicer parameters, printer calibration, nozzle wear, and filament shrinkage factors (e.g., PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon). It is the user's responsibility to select appropriate heat-resistant materials for engine bay or high-temperature automotive cabin environments. DesignMak is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from improper installation.
Vehicle manufacturer names, brand emblems, and model codes (including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Ford, Porsche, etc.) are used strictly to describe vehicle fitment and compatibility. DesignMak is an independent design studio and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle OEM.
