Design Engineering & Material Selection
Stop door panel rattles and loose door cards permanently. These engineered replacement clips feature an increased cross-section at the stem neck (where OEM clips constantly snap) and optional groove for a printed TPU damper ring across E36, E39 and E46 doors.
Automotive Thermal & Chemical Recommendations
For under-hood engine bay parts and fuel tank components (e.g. sender lock rings), we recommend printing in Nylon (PA12 / PA-CF) or ASA/PETG with solid perimeter walls (100% infill) for chemical resistance against fuel vapors and high ambient engine temperatures.
